Industry

  • We work to understand how a client defines their "industry".  Is it based on the vertical that their offering is generally seen to be in, or the verticals they sell to? 

  • We can then define common business challenges or regulatory hurdles this industry faces and how our client's offering solves them.

  • We list who makes a buying decision, what their roles are, and what motivates them. In addition we list out common titles, day-to-day responsibilities of buyers, and what success looks like to them.

  • To assist with credibility, we draft a working glossary of industry-specific terms and acronyms so our message reflects customer’s language and understand references made on calls or emails.
